We take complete responsibility and ownership of the task at hand and indeed the whole project if required as if it were our own. We understand the need to have your equipment running reliably and safely and that is why, with sense of urgency and a guarantee we will be there when we say we will and we will keep you updated of the progress and not stop till the job is done.  

Preventive Maintenance

Once things are running it is nice to know they will stay that way. So to help you manage this we have three levels of maintenance packages available. Our basic bronze package will maintain your equipment annually with reports, assessments. The silver programme will add a half year service with reports and free call outs to breakdowns and free consultation every quarter. Then there is the gold service which offers all that and monthly service intervals with reports plus one major annual service. The gold package also adds up to 4 hours of breakdown service per month FREE and priority breakdown assistance. The gold and silver packages also offer pay by the month options to make budgeting even easier.

So regardless of wether you have a large manufacturing corporation with millions of dollars invested in specialised equipment or a workshop or school with lathes, drills and mills ALLscope can help you solve you machine maintenance, machine repair, factory installation and metal fabrication needs.

Life time warranty applies to labour only equipment that has regular ALLscope maintance. It does not include equipment that has been misused or reasonable wear and tear.
On time guarantee includes the first hour free if we do not turn up on the time we have agreed and we fail to inform you at least 30 minutes prior.
