Commitment to Workmanship Quality:  All workmanship is 100% guaranteed for the lifetime of the installation, once completed, tested and approved by you.  This warranty applies to the labour component only.  Applicable product warranties are passed through from third party when product is purchased from ALLscope.  The warranty will be null and void if failure is due to negligence, misuse, or abuse on the behalf of you, acts of God, or work is performed on subject system by a party other than ALLscope.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction:  If you are not totally satisfied with work product delivered by ALLscope and the deficiency is within the reasonable and direct control of ALLscope, ALLscope will return to the subject work site, arriving within 48 hours, to remediate deficiencies specified in writing to your full satisfaction at no additional cost to you.

Commitment to System Availability:  All work onsite will be completed in a timely fashion so as to not unnecessarily interrupt the intended and regular function of the system that is subject to the assigned scope of work.  Unless any such interruption was outside ALLscope’s control, violation of this commitment will result in a credit of one full hour cost of labour for that particular scope of work.

On Time Arrival Guarantee or the First Hour FREE

Commitment to On Time Arrival:  ALLscope, at the very latest, will contact your assigned point of contact at least thirty minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time if our technician/s are delayed for any reason.  Violation of this commitment will result in a credit of the first hour cost of labour for that particular scope of work.

Commitment to Communication:  ALLscope, at the very latest, will contact your assigned point of contact at least thirty minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time if work must be rescheduled for any reason.  Violation of this commitment will result in a credit of the first hour cost of labour for that particular scope of work following the reschedule.
